Privacy

This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It covers the website only, not the Qnumara platform.

What we collect

When you book a conversation, we receive what you type in the form: your name, work email, company and what you'd like to talk about. We ask for your consent before you send anything.

Our AI assistant

The assistant on this website is an AI, not a person. It asks for your name, work email, organization and what you'd like to talk about, and each answer reaches our customer records as you give it. We also keep a one-line summary of what you tell it. If you choose "Just here in the chat", we won't contact you unless you ask us to.

Your messages go to an AI model that runs on Cloudflare, which hosts this website. The conversation itself stays in your browser and disappears when you close the tab. Please don't share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request and talk with you about how we can help. We do not sell your information.

Where it is kept

Requests and assistant answers are stored in our customer records, a system run for us by our web partner, KUMA Web Design, on Cloudflare. This website loads its main typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to fetch it.

Cookies and visits

This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers. The assistant keeps your conversation in your browser's temporary storage. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do that, send a request through the form on our home page.
