OLeadership development, measured
Great leadership begins beneath the surface.
Turnover, quiet teams and missed targets are symptoms. Qnumara closes the gap that causes them, in 90 days, and shows you what changed.
Qnumara (kuh-NOO-mah-rah) comes from qnoma, a Syriac word for a person's defining essence.
Go deeperAWhat we resolve
You can see the symptoms. We go after the cause.
Your best performer got promoted. Now the whole team is struggling.
New leaders see how they lead, and get a 90-day plan built around it.
02The room goes quiet when the boss walks in.
Anonymous team feedback shows each leader how they land. Nobody is identified.
03Everyone loved the training. Nothing changed.
Every lesson becomes one action, followed up in a coaching conversation every 14 days.
04Good people keep leaving.
Leaders learn to adapt to the people they lead, not the other way around.
05You can't show what leadership spending bought.
You see who is practicing, what is shifting and where to help next.
BWhat's underneath
Every symptom has the same root: the gap between how you lead and how it lands.
How you think you leadHow your team experiences it
- 44%
of managers have ever received management training.
Gallup, 2026 - 70%
of the variance in team engagement comes down to the manager.
Gallup, 2026 - 10–15%
of people are truly self-aware, by one estimate. About 95% believe they are.
Tasha Eurich, Harvard Business Review, 2018
Most leaders never find out. Qnumara shows them, then helps them close it.
CHow we close it

Discover
Know how you lead.
The Compass shows each leader their natural style. Then their team says how it lands. Both views, side by side, often for the first time.

You don't become someone else. You become more of who you are.
That's the meaning of qnoma, and it's why we start with who a leader is, never with who they should be. Styles are strengths to build on. No style is better than another, and no result is a grade.
- Development only. Never a rating or a promotion input.
- Patterns after 3 responses. Team answers carry no names.
- Notes stay private. Leaders higher up see the agreed action, never the conversation.
Who we are
Four founders. One belief.
We started Qnumara because people don't need to become someone else to lead well. They need to see themselves clearly, and have someone beside them while they grow.

Your turn
How wide is your gap?
Four questions. Sixty seconds. No email needed.
Let's talk
Let's look beneath the surface of your team.
Tell us a little about your leaders. We'll reply by email and take it from there.
Questions, answered.
What does Qnumara do?
Qnumara is a 90-day leadership development program and platform. It shows each leader how they lead and how their team experiences it, builds a plan with courses and coaching, and shows you what changed.
Who is it for?
Organizations in North America that need their team leaders and supervisors to grow in ways they can see. It's built for owners, HR and operations leaders.
Is the Compass a personality test?
No. It shows the styles a leader reaches for first and the ones to build next. No style is better than another, and no result is a grade.
Who sees the results?
Each leader sees their own. Team answers appear only as patterns, after 3 responses, so nobody can be identified. Admins see completion and group results, never one person's answers.
Do we need new software?
No. Qnumara runs in the browser, and courses can live in the learning platform you already use.
How do you say Qnumara?
kuh-NOO-mah-rah. The name comes from qnoma, a Syriac word for a person's defining essence.
